WHEREAS, Section 13 of Article II of the 1987 Philippine Constitution recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and promotes their intellectual, social, and technological well-being; WHEREAS, the rapid growth of emerging technology requires proactive skill-building for students and young professionals in local communities; WHEREAS, the City Government of San Jose del Monte aims to enhance local workforce employability by providing accessible technical education, coding workshops, and digital literacy programs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, BULACAN, IN SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED: RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to establish the San Jose del Monte Youth Digital Innovation and Technology Training Program to provide free modern tech training to local residents; RESOLVED FURTHER, that if any provision, section, or part of this Resolution is declared invalid or unconstitutional by competent authority, the remaining provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect; RESOLVED FURTHER, that all local resolutions, rules, or guidelines inconsistent with the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed, modified, or amended accordingly; RESOLVED FINALLY, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
